Companies wishing to present at the conference program should select their preferred date and time for the presentation from the Conference Program Schedule, and send the presenter’s details and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to emir.somali@artkim.com.tr. They need to make a reservation for their slot in the Conference Program.
Stand installations will begin with access to the venue on 11 November 2025.
All stand dismantling must be completed and the area must be handed over clean to the organizers between 6:00 PM on Saturday, 15 November 2025 and the end of the day on Sunday, 16 November 2025.
The entry and exit times for exhibition participants will be between 09:00 and 19:00.
Exhibitor badges will be sent to the shipping address specified in the contract prior to the exhibition dates.
In case of missing badge information, badges can be obtained from the registration desk until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.
Using the username and password provided to exhibitors, requests for electricity, compressed air, and water can be submitted through the online system no later than Saturday, 01 November 2025.
Orders placed on-site at the exhibition area will be subject to a 50% surcharge.

The cleaning service for the exhibition will cover the cleaning of general areas and corridors in the halls, provided by Artkim Fuarcılık. If an exhibitor wants to arrange cleaning inside their stand by someone other than their own staff, they can request it through the online system.
You cannot dismantle either the entire stand or any parts of it before the official exhibition closing time.
