Companies wishing to present at the conference program should select their preferred date and time for the presentation from the Conference Program Schedule, and send the presenter’s details and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to emir.somali@artkim.com.tr. They need to make a reservation for their slot in the Conference Program.
Access to the venue for stand setup will be granted on April 28, 2025. All stand dismantling must be completed, and the area must be handed over to the organizer in a clean condition by 6:00 PM on Friday, May 2, 2025, through Saturday, May 3, 2025.
The entry and exit times for exhibitor will be between 09:00 and 18:00.
Exhibitor badges will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the contract prior to the exhibition dates. In case of incomplete badge submissions, they can be obtained from the registration area until 6:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 2025.
Companies requesting extra materials must submit their requests online with their username and password by February 29, 2024. Orders placed on-site will incur a 50% surcharge.
Exhibitors can submit requests for electricity, compressed air, and water through the online system using their provided username and password by 18 May Friday 2025 Orders placed on-site will incur a 50% surcharge.
